Now the COVID-19 outbreak is spreading worldwide and has caused deep concern around the world. Fighting against the epidemic has become an all-out global war. Humanity shines through the dark cloud of the epidemic. The solidarity and mutual assistance in times of difficulty are the important consensus to humankind. Fighting against the epidemic together should be the common choice of all countries around the world. To build a community with a shared future for mankind, we need joint efforts of the whole world. International cooperation is all the more important to fight against the COVID-19 outbreak. We need to share weal and woe and work closely together. We all feel the important value of the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind deeply around the world.
President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at G20 Extraordinary Leaders' Summit on COVID-19: “At such a moment, it is imperative for the international community to strengthen confidence, act with unity and work together in a collective response. We must comprehensively step up international cooperation and foster greater synergy so that humanity as one could win the battle against such a major infectious disease.” Facing the COVID-19 outbreak globally, CDMIA has responded actively to President Xi Jinping's call and made every effort to fight against the epidemic.
CDMIA is the chairman unit of the Federation of Asian Die and Mould Associations (FADMA), and the director unit and member of the International Special Tooling and Machining Association (ISTMA). Recently the epidemic continues its global spread and has led to the uncertainties of future demands. The changes of industrial chain have become the focus of the industry. While in close contact with the relevant industry associations and organizations and with their confirmation, CDMIA and CDMIA member purchased face masks in four batches and delivered to the relevant industry associations and organizations in 19 countries/regions with the amount ranging from 300 to 500 composed of disposable surgical masks, disposable daily protective masks, and N95 masks, to offer as much help as we can to the industry associations and organizations and their staff to fight against the epidemic. This action has demonstrated our sincerity with the great support from ZML Mould Industrial Internet Platform and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.!
After receiving the masks from CDMIA, the industry associations and organizations in different countries/regions have sent back letters of thanks for CDMIA’s sincere support, and have expressed to remember and cherish this friendship. In this global cooperation to fight against the epidemic, CDMIA not only sent them precious anti-epidemic goods in urgent need, but also the spirit of unity and cooperation to work together to defeat the COVID-19 outbreak.
